Refunds & Returns

At Garsons, we want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help. Please review our 15-Day Refund & Return Policy below.


1. Return Window

You may request a return within 15 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition you received it.

  • It must be in the original packaging, with all tags and labels attached.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items marked as Final Sale

  • Gift cards or store credits

  • Personalized, custom-made, or intimate items (e.g., undergarments)

  • Items that are damaged due to customer misuse or wear and tear


3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at info@thegarsons.com with:

    • Your order number

    • The item(s) you wish to return

    • Reason for the return

  2. Our support team will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.

  3. Once authorized, ship the item(s) to the return address we provide.

Note: We do not accept returns without prior authorization.


4. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method and keeping proof of postage.


5. Refunds

Once your return is received,

  • A refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

If your refund is delayed or missing, please check with your bank or credit card provider first. Then contact us at info@thegarsons.com for assistance.


6. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at info@thegarsons.com within 48 hours of delivery.


7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.

  • We will resolve the issue promptly—either with a replacement, store credit, or full refund, depending on the situation.
