1. Return Window
You may request a return within 15 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition you received it.

It must be in the original packaging, with all tags and labels attached.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

Items marked as Final Sale

Gift cards or store credits

Personalized, custom-made, or intimate items (e.g., undergarments)

Items that are damaged due to customer misuse or wear and tear
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:

The item(s) you wish to return

Our support team will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.

Once authorized, ship the item(s) to the return address we provide.
Note: We do not accept returns without prior authorization.
4. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method and keeping proof of postage.
5. Refunds
Once your return is received,

A refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

6. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at info@thegarsons.com within 48 hours of delivery.
7. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item:
